I and the landlord – am dealing with family sickness..care and recovery
We no longer have ICU – { intensive care unit} to contend with – but, we do have to cater to care and treatment – all of which takes a lot of time, especially now.. that the hospital staff isn’t there 24 by 7 to take care of the sick
We don’t anticipate any more repairs, as almost everything is now new : as mentioned below:

were spent in Repairs
so, far in the last 4 months –
HENCE – we don’t anticipate any more repairs..
as many things, if not everything that could be repaired, was replaced.. by new items..
Items that last for many years, in some cases upto more than a decade.
Latest item was the Swimming Pool filter, { see item number 6 above } It was completed. successfully, and was confirmed by Leslie’s pools.
The pool pump, is also new and so is the pool motor. and the pool plaster is also new..
Tenants are to have their own pool contractor, per the lease, effective April, 6, 2018
Tenant’s can choose any contractor for regular pool service – as mentioned in the lease.

Landlord does not have a preferred contractor – although – the landlord and the property manager believe that John Gonzales was not able , competent and/or knowledgeable .

When John Gonzales was deployed – the PH on the pool water was NOT BALANCED .
..
Moreover, John Gonzales didn’t diagnose that the Filter got cracked
…
and SINCE – both the Filter – and the PH were wrongly managed – the Pool was not cleaning up.
…
Now, we have: a NEW FILTER – Installed by Leslie’s Pools on Saturday, jULY 14, 2018 and the landlord, has paid for the filter also.
..
Now, the PH – balance – and Chemicals is an ONGOING – regular thing.. which the tenant has to find someone – hire someone PROFESSIONAL to do it.

There are MANY pool companies and providers in Austin, Tenants should hire – someone who is honest, competent and right for the pool.
